The following wording may help you and your solicitor include Multiple Sclerosis Limited in your Will.

Residual gift wording

Use this language to gift the remainder of your estate after other bequests, debts, and taxes have been fulfilled:

Specific gift wording

Use this language if you intend to make an unrestricted gift in Will of cash, securities, or other property by designating a specific dollar amount, a particular asset, or a fixed percentage of your estate to Multiple Sclerosis Limited to be used for general purposes:

Family first gift wording

Life interest gift wording

Use this language if you wish to make a Life Interest gift. Multiple Sclerosis Limited will receive the title in the real estate property when your spouse or loved one using it passes away.
